In Aviation, it is of utmost importance to a pilot, his / her passenger(s) and the aircraft, that pilots do not function as aircrew members while their stress levels are not well within normal, reasonable and acceptable limits.

In order for you to make an informed decision of whether or not it is time to visit your doctor to get help for the stress in your life before you put anyone at risk, we are proud to now provide you with to following 'help-yourself' stress test.

When you follow the link to the next page, you will be presented with a picture of TWO DOLPHINS.

These two dolphins appear perfectly normal when viewed by a stress-free individual - or a person who'se stress levels are within the normal limits to operate as a crew member.

It is quite simple:

If there is anything that appears different about the dolphins (ignore the fact of the slight color differences), it is often an indication of potential stress related issues. Differences, if any, may also indicate the source of your stress.

Sit upright and viewing the screen head-on, take a deep breath, breathe out and then open the picture by clicking on the link below and then look DIRECLY at it.

If there is anything out of the ordinary, then you should consider taking your next medical exam a little earlier!

If you have read the above instructions and you understand it, please click here to proceed with the test.
